A surcharge of HKD/MOP100 per room per night will be imposed on the following Holidays:
1. Ching Ming Festival: April 3 to 5, 2012 (inclusive).
2. Easter Holiday: April 6 to 9, 2012 (inclusive).
3. Labor Day: April 27 to May 1, 2012 (inclusive).
4. Tuen Ng Festival: June 22 to 24, 2012 (inclusive).
5. SAR Establishment Day Holiday: June 30 to July 2, 2012 (inclusive).
6. Mid-Autumn Festival: September 28 to 30, 2012 (inclusive).
7. National Day: October 1 to 3, 2012 (inclusive).

BEFORE filling out the reservation form below, please make sure you have read and understood the "Reservation and Cancellation Policy" and the "Terms and Disclaimer" under the "ROOMS" page.

>> Reservations made WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS from the check-in date WILL NOT be entertained.
>> Reservations made TWO or more months ahead from the check-in date WILL NOT be entertained.
>> We ARE NOT obligated to answer any reservations immediately. All reservations are guaranteed to be answered via e-mail within FOUR working days.
>> We WILL NOT confirm any reservation by telephone or fax. We WILL NOT contact you by telephone unless under exceptional circumstances.
>> Please DO NOT call-in to ask for progress of reservation, unless you do not receive our reply after FOUR working days.
