SanVa Hotel is a residential-style guesthouse with a great deal of character and a homey feel. Whether you are travelling with a group of buddies, or with your better half celebrating your anniversary, we have a total of 33 rooms to meet your needs.

Special Notice:

 

A surcharge of HKD/MOP100 per room per night will be imposed on the following dates:

 

1. Lunar New Year Holiday:              February 12, 2010  to  February 21, 2010 (inclusive).

2. Easter Holiday:                              April 1, 2010          to  April 6, 2010 (inclusive).

3. Labor Day Holiday:                        April 30, 2010        to  May 2, 2010 (inclusive).

4. The Buddha's Birthday Holiday:     May 20, 2010         to  May 23, 2010 (inclusive).

5. Tuen Ng Festival Holiday:              June 15, 2010        to  June 16, 2010 (inclusive).

6. SAR Establishment Day Holiday:   June 30, 2010        to  July 5, 2010 (inclusive).

7. Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday:     September 21, 2010  to  September 23, 2010 (inclusive).

8. National Day Holiday:                 September 30, 2010  to  October 3, 2010 (inclusive).

9. Chung Yeung Festival Holiday:     October 15, 2010    to  October 17, 2010 (inclusive).

10. Christmas & New Year Holiday:  December 23, 2010 to  January 2, 2011 (inclusive).

 

 

 

Kind Reminder:

 

Due to expansion renovation, our air-conditioned rooms, rooms equipped with private shower, and, rooms access to patio, are temporary closed.   More room type and shower/toilet facilities will be available after the third quarter of 2010.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 

 

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

 

1. Reservation made within TWO days from the check-in date will not be entertained.

 

2. We are not obligated to answer any reservations immediately. All reservations are guaranteed to be answered via e-mail within THREE working days.

 

3. Please DO NOT call in to ask for progress of reservation, unless you do not receive our reply after THREE working days. 

 

4. We WILL NOT confirm any reservation by telephone or fax. Only under exceptional circumstances, we will contact out guests by telephone.

 

5. Certain reservations require deposit payment. Instructions for deposit payment will be sent to you in a separate e-mail after you have confirmed your reservation.

 

6. Before making the deposit payment, make sure you:

   (A) have read, fully understood and accepted our Policy and Disclaimer, and, 

   (B) understood and accepted the facilities that we do and do not provide.

SanVa Hotel has the final decisions on all disputes.

 

7. To cancel your reservation, your must submit a cancellation e-mail at least 96 hours (4 days) before your promised check-in date. SanVa Hotel reserves all rights to seize the full deposit payment for cancellation made WITHIN 4 days from the check-in date.

 

8. We will hold your reservation for AT MOST 2 hours. If you fail to show up within 2 hours from your promised check-in time, or, in the event of non-arrival, the full deposit payment will be seized and we reserve all rights to release the reserved rooms.

 

 

Terms & Disclaimer:

 

1. You must register with your valid legal identification documents. If you are working in Macau, you must show and provide the details of your working visa and the contact information of your employer in Macau for our record.

 

2.Check-in time is 2pm. We are not obligated to offer a room before 2pm.

 

3. Check-out time is 12 noon. If you do not check-out after 12 noon, you are considered extending your stay, and you will be charged a late check-out penalty equals to one night's room rate. We shall not give extra notice on this matter.

 

4. Room rate must be paid by cash in HKD or MOP, unless otherwise stated. USD room rates quoted herein are for reference only and are subject to currency market fluctuations.

 

5. If you request for a change of room, you shall pay the room rate of the newly changed room type.

 

6. If you want to extend your stay, you should ask for vacancies upon check-in.  We do not guarantee the availability of rooms for the extension period. For the sake of fairness, the other guests who have first placed reservations for those dates have the priority to occupy the room.

 

7. The maximum number of guest allowed to stay in a Double Grande room, or a Double Regular room, or a Balcony Double room is TWO. We shall NOT allow any extra guest sharing the same room.

 

8. The normal number of guest allowed to stay in a Twin room is TWO. We shall allow a maximum of TWO extra guests sharing the same room. A surcharge of HKD/MOP40.00 per night will be imposed on each extra guest staying in the same room. This extra guest surcharge has no age limitation. We do not provide extra bed service.

 

9. The normal number of guest allowed to stay in a Balcony Twin room is TWO. We shall allow a maximum of ONE extra guest sharing the same room. A surcharge of HKD/MOP40.00 per night will be imposed on the extra guest staying in the same room. This extra guest surcharge has no age limitation. We do not provide extra bed service.

 

10. We are NOT obligated to provide free personal toiletries such as towels, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, etc. We DO NOT provide free breakfast, airport pickup service, laundry service, nor package tour service.

 

11. You shall take full responsibilities on your personal belongings. We have no obligations on any lost and/or damaged items.
